Christmas is not over!
White Christmas!
We had a wonderful time. We had a nice visit with Diana and Eric, Paul and Melissa, Hannah, Katherine and Jason. We celebrated Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, did more cooking and before December ends, it is becoming our tradition to go to the canyon. Alright, It is usually freezing out there but the view is beautiful.

Adventure
The Single Adults Utah Choir, which my mother belongs to, had a concert in early December. We attended the concert and we found out that the church has two choirs directed by the priesthood: The Tabernacle Choir and The Utah Valley Single Adults Choir. Although The Tabernacle choir is always our favorite, we have to admit The Utah Valley Single Adults Choir concert was great!
The concert was performed in the American Fork Tabernacle since Provo Tabernacle was burned two days before the concert.
Knowing that this place was going to be such an opportunity to have pictures taken, we grabbed our camera and tripod, and we went for the “taking pictures” adventure!
So, here we are; in the middle of the street, with a few seconds to take the picture and with our nice “happy holidays” background.

Thanksgiving Time
Thanksgiving is a good time to reflect and talk to friends and family. We enjoyed doing that and talked to some extended family that we had not talked to for a long time. So, it was good.
I heard that if you cook turkey with mayonnaise, it keeps the meet juicy and it grills pretty well.
So, we decided to try it this year. We added some pineapple as well. And it was true; at the end, we enjoyed a nice diner with juicy turkey meet and delicious pies.

Copper Mine
For memorial weekend, we decided to visit the biggest man-made hole on the earth. The mine is so big that it can be seen by space shuttle astronauts as they pass over the United States. Kennecott Utah Copper Mine has exhibits featuring everything from mining artifacts and model trucks to the modern day operations and approach to environmental engineering. Bingham Canyon Mine not only has copper but also has gold and silver. The processing of ore was very interesting. Kennecott Mine produces 55,000,000 tons of copper a year; it has 11 giant electric shovels and 70 gigantic haulage trucks.

Second Anniversary
El 18 abril era nuestro segundo anniversario. El dia era hermoso y decidimos celebrarlo caminando por donde tomamos nuestras fotos de comprometimiento. Esta vez tomamos un tripie en lugar de un camarografo.
